Sponge cake curry:
Ingredients
Eggs 4
Onion 2
Green chillies 4
Ginger garlic paste 1tablespoon
Turmeric pinch
Garam masala 1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Salt
Oil 3 tablespoon
Dry coconut powder 1 tablespoon
Cilantro
Baking soda pinch
Pepper
Method:
Break eggs in a bowl by adding salt,pepper, baking soda and blend
Take empty bowl and wipe the bowl with oil. Once done, add above eggs mixture
Pressure cook without whistle for 20 mins on slow flame
Take the baked egg on to the plate and cut them into peices
Take a pan and add oil. Once oil is hot, add onions until brown
Add ginger garlic paste and turmeric to it
Add baked egg peices and fry them
Add red chilli powder, coconut powder, salt
Cook for 10 mins by closing the lid
Now open the lid and add Garam masala, coriander as needed.
