Yeast 1 tablespoon
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Hot Water 1 cup
All Purpose Flour
Oil
Flax Seed Powder 1 tablespoon
Sesame Seeds 1 tablespoon
Chia Seeds 1 tablespoon
Tomato - 1
Onion - 1
Garlic - 4
Coriander Powder
Pizza Dough procedure:
1. Take a bowl and mix yeast and sugar for few seconds.
2. Add hot water to the above and leave it for 20mins.
3. Add All purpose flour to the above and mix with hand until a dough is formed. Add oil as per need.
(optional to add - flax seed powder, sesame seeds, chia seeds etc..,)
4. Plastic wrap the bowl and leave it for 100 mins to get the pizza dough.
Tomato paste procedure:
1. Boil tomato in hot water and puree using grinder.
2. Take a pan and add oil.
3. Once oil is heated, add chopped onion and garlic.
4. Once above is cooked, add tomato puree.
5. Add spices like coriander powder, pepper and salt
(optional - you can add mint/parsley)
Arrangement/Toppings:
1. Flatten the Pizza dough using rolling pin
2. Use fork to poke the dough all over and press the edges around the pizza.
3. Apply prepared tomato paste all over
4. Add cheese
5. Add toppings(onions, capsicum,pineapple,banana peppers, olives etc.,)
Preheat oven to 375F and cook for 25mins.
