Ingredients:
Eggs - 6
Chopped Green Chilies - 5
Chopped Onion - 4
Cumin Seeds - 2tsp
Daniya Powder - 4 tsp
Chopped Tomatoes - 2
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Oil - 4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
water - needed
Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Cilantro - few
Method:
Heat the oil for like a minute and then add Cumin seeds to it.
After few seconds,add onions and fry until they area transparent enough(before even they turnrd to brown).
During fry onion,add very little salt to onions.Also add Ginger Garlic paste accordingly.
Now add chopped tomotoes until they are completly cooked.
Add salt,chilli powder,Daniya powder proportionally adn mix well all together.
Now add water until it floats and once water boils beat the egg and add one at a time.
After like 4 minutes turn the eggs to the other side.
Note: Don't mix once you add the eggs.
If required you can still add salt and chilli powder at the end.
Finally decorate with cilantro at the end and taste either with chapathi/paratha/bread/rice upon your choice.
